By teaching how to regulate the breath and body, I aim to help individuals avoid crises before they happen, sleep more deeply, reduce stress and anxiety, and make better choices from a place of balance.
This is my Mission of Peace — empowering people across the world to breathe better, live better, and lead with clarity and calm.
About Me
I’m Sahand Mokhberi, the founder of the Sahand Method — a science-based approach, using the breath and body education.
The Method was born out of my own healing journey. Immigranting from Iran at a young age brought about years of stress, isolation, and trauma that manifested as anxiety, chronic pain, insomnia, and eventually an autoimmune condition.
Through years of research, study, and practice, I discovered that we are all born with a natural healing ability — and that breathing is the foundation of our health, energy, and vitality. By using the same tools I now teach — including the Buteyko Method, Oxygen Advantage, and Myofascial Release Bodywork — I was able to restore my health, calm anxiety, and regain control over my emotional & physical health.
Today, I’ve had the privilege of sharing these practices globally — from medical conferences to corporate workshops, from athletes to retirement villages and schools.
